The day after check-out we ask every guest one question: was the property as described?
0 guests have answered so far. We’ll publish percentages once at least 50 have, so a handful of answers can’t give a misleading picture.
How we count
- Problems found are closures or disruptions we alerted guests about after review, plus warnings we published after confirming guests’ reports.
- Warned before arrival counts alert and warning emails that reached a guest before their check-in date.
- Totals include stays whose details we’ve since deleted under our privacy policy. We keep the count, not the data.
